Meeting began at 10:15AM., chaired by John Wolf Observations, Needs, Discussions, Decisions, Schedules, Etc. 1. FS & JJ: Greg Wolfull, tile setter, ceased working last week. Has been replaced by Manuel Padilla & his crew of four. FS: They are making excellent progress having worked last weekend & will do so this coming weekend as well. 2. FS: Powder Room tile floor now being set. 3. FS: Interior plaster work will be completed next week. Quality of work remains exemplary. 4. FS: Laundry Room cabinetry installation has become critical. Floor & countertops installation on hold. PH: Will prod Not Just Closets to assure cabinets are delivered & set before the end of this week. 5. JW: Kitchen is finished except for tile grout/flooring/installation of cabinet doors by our shop & electrical trim-out. 6. FS: Jesus Coronado scheduled to begin wood floor work by the middle of next week w/two helpers. 7. FS: Expects to begin laying exterior patio flagstone paving next week. 8. FS: Entry gate posts have been set. Gate leafs will be installed next week. Will not be operating but will be lockable. 9. FS: Jim Harris will be installing Guest Bath countertop in a couple of days. Laundry Room to follow immediately after cabinets are in place. 10. FS: Coyote fence columns have been constructed/ready for stone veneer which will be started by our crew next week. 11. WS: Wilder Landscaping will begin planting screening trees & orchard trees at the end of this week. 12. JJ: Bill Druc’s Guest House engineering plan should be ready now for City permit re-submittal. Will follow up & coordinate w/Mike Montoya. Meeting Ended at 11:15 AM
